About four years ago I began making small tools because waiting for the perfect setup was slower. That turned into more ambitious products, automation, interfaces and eventually AI-native systems.

I started building because I never really had the team to do the work. So I built the team myself.
Most projects begin with something I need personally. If it genuinely helps me, I try to make it useful for the people around me too.
BUILD FIRST / LEARN ON THE WAY
Useful first. Interesting second.
I like software that removes friction, makes a decision clearer, or gives time back. The visual layer matters, but it should make the system easier to understand rather than disguise it.
New capabilities before they become normal.
I follow new releases closely because a capability shift usually creates a short window where a new kind of product becomes possible before the pattern gets obvious.
